-Glass door upright cooler was at 4C.
-Metal upright cooler was at 4C.
-Cooler #1 was undergoing defrost at the time of inspection.
-Cooler #2 was at 3C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Potentially hazardous patties were stored below 60C - records are maintained to document when the patties were placed in the holding unit and whether the patties were discarded or sold within 2 hours.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach sanitizer solution was tested at 100ppm. Operator may prepare the sanitizing solution when cleaning and sanitizing is carried out at the end of the day.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered. Food samples are dispensed in a sanitary manner.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
