Inspection to ensure compliance with Provincial Health Orders as a result of COVID-19 Pandemic.

- Food Service establishment is open to food and drink service only.
- As required, premises is to follow updated Provincial Health Orders including (but not limited to) Gathering and Events and Food and Liquor Serving Premises.
- NO KARAOKE is to be offered. All microphones removed from rooms. Ensure all karaoke equipment is unplugged, microphones remain removed, and room doors remain open to monitor compliance. Contact Fraser Health prior to returning to Karaoke once restrictions are lifted.
Observations During Inspection:
- Facility in GOOD sanitary condition
- Handsinks adequately supplied with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 72 (85.3) Degrees Celsius at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
- Ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition
- Raw meat stored away from Ready to Eat food items
- All food items covered in cooler and freezer units
- Pest proof containers for all dry storage items
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- All containers used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition
- Staff Personal items kept separate from kitchen equipment
- Good Hand washing practices observed
