Observation: Automatic quat dispenser is still malfunctioning and not repaired. Unit only dispensing 50-100ppm quat. Must be a MINIMUM of 200ppm. Staff using their test strips verified that the unit was not dispensing a proper concentration fo sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Resanitize ALL UTENSILS. Contact a TECHNICIAN to repair the unit. Provide DOCUMENTATION from the technician certifying that the unit has been repaired.
