Washroom hansinks are fully equipped. *Ensure to have the paper towel dispenser installed for the front handsink. All coolers at 4C or below. Stand up freezer at - 18C or below. High temperature dishwasher reached 80C during the final rinse. QUAT sanitizer in buckets & from source measured at 200ppm. Ice machine & cabinet in sanitary condition. Scoopers stored outside & in sanitary condition. Monthly pest control done by Abell Pest Control company - recent report from Nov 3, 2022 indicates no notable pest activity. Follow their recommendation regarding cleaning. *Clean hard-to-reach areas and corners. Debris build up and coffee grounds are observed on floors.
