Comments

- Routine inspection.
- Hand washing sinks were accessible/unobstructed and properly supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm. Facility uses ready-to-use sanitizer - do not mix with water.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 72C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle. Good - minimum of 71C at the dish surface is required.
- Coolers measured 4C or less. **Ensure each refrigeration unit is equipped with its own separate thermometer. See violation code 315 above.
- Freezer measured -18C or less.
- Temperature records available and up to date.
- Food storage practices satisfactory. All food stored off the floor, properly covered/protected from contamination.
- Food preparation sinks maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition. Scoop properly stored.
- Janitorial closet with mop sink maintained in sanitary condition.
- Bar area and soda gun maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
