Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cutting surfaces and utensils are currently sanitized at the end of the day.
Corrective Action(s): Cutting surfaces and utensils need to be sanitized every 2 hours to prevent potential cross contamination of foods. Cutting surfaces and utensils can be sanitized with the bleach sanitizing solution (100ppm). Cutting board and utensils were sanitized at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Upright cooler (back) was at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Front display cooler was at 3C.
-Upright freezer was at -13C.
-Thermometers present in cold hold units.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station shared with 2-compartment sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pails were at 100ppm and 200ppm.
-Coffee milk frothing attachments are disinfected with bleach sanitizing solution.
-Food stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Operator has valid FoodSafe Level 1 (Feb 28, 2023).
