-Follow-up inspection to July 12, 2022.
-Cooling of cooked potentially hazardous foods have improved. To rapidly cool cooked foods, food items can be placed in the chest or upright freezers for a period of time to cool foods rapidly.
-Upright cooler was reorganized and was at 4C. Plastic bags have been removed from the top level, allowing for better air flow.
-Scoops were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles were properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Did not find bars of soap in the facility.
