Comments: New equipment in back, not set up (soft serve and slushee machine). Obtain health approval prior to use. Handsink in the washroom was equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Surface sanitizer spray bottle achieved 100 to 200 ppm chlorine with test strips. Chest freezers were -20C (required: at or below -18C). Coke cooler at 2.2C (required: at or below 4C). Beverage coolers were below 4C. Back door closed and well sealed to prevent entry of pests. Food stored 6 inch at least off floor. Premises clean. No signs of pests during inspection. Cooler/freezers equipped with accurate thermometers. Temp. logs maintained daily.
