Observation: Food debris and grease noted down the sides of the cook top.
Debris noted along edge of ice machine.

All fridges are maintaining foods at 4 degrees Celsius or colder.
Freezers are -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Soups, sauces and gravy in warmers are all being maintained at 60 degrees Celsius or hotter.
Liquid soap and paper towel at handsinks.
Glasswasher and dishwasher have a 100 PPM chlorine residual at the plate/glass surface during the final rinse.
Temperature logs are being maintained. Recommend adding when the juice and milk machines are being cleaned on the log sheets.
