Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # SSZO-CFTMBA of Jun-28-2022 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 1. Dishwasher had 0ppm chlorine on plate. Staff had not been recording concentration since June 9, 2022. 2. Staff was using Mr. Clean as sanitizer. No sanitizer is present in facility. Correction: 1. Fix dishwasher so that at least 50ppm chlorine is achieved on plate. 2. Purchase an approved sanitizer and use to sanitize food contact surfaces.

Comments

The following items have been observed: -->Dishwasher has been fixed. At least 50ppm chlorine is noted on plate. -->Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles are available in facility. At least 100ppm chlorine is noted. -->Prep cooler was not recorded yesterday, waiting for cooler temperature to come down. Temperature is recorded at 3.9oC today. -->Operator has pre-packaged food items such as sausage rolls, so that no dispensing is required. Note: 1. Hot display case at the front, if in use, will have to be moved to the kitchen. Unless all foods are pre-packaged. 2. Two espresso machines at the front will need to be moved to the kitchen also. It is indicated only one will stay in the facility. Operator will need to find spot with plumbing to move the machine. Please get this done by July 16, 2022. Closure Order rescinded. Facility is granted approval to re-open.
