GENERAL OBSERVATIONS
-All handwashing sinks are stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, hot/cold running water.
-The following temperatures were measured
-Upright Cooler in kitchen 3.0 deg. C
-freezer in kitchen -18.0 deg. C
-Undercounter Prep Cooler 0 deg. C
-Cooler in dinning area 2.0 deg. C
-Chest freezer in kitchen -28.0 deg. C
-Chest freezer downstair -21 deg. C
-Hot holding for rice 72.0 deg. C

-Chlorine based bucket sanitizer for in-use wiping cloth noted at 100ppm concentration
-High temperature dishwasher measured 72.0 at plate level.
-Food storage is satisfactory --> foods stored in pest proof container and off the floor
-Operator hygiene is satisfactory --> Operator has level 1 FOODSAFE Certificate with expiry date July 27, 2024
-Health permit is posted in a conspicuous manner
-General Sanitation is satisfactory except for cleaning mentioned above.
-No signs of pest activity noted at the time of visit.

-Alcohol based hand sanitizer noted at customer order/ pay point.
-Covid-19 Safety plan discussed with Operator
-Operator to develop and document Covid-19 Safety on or before 2020/08/12
