Observation: No soap dispenser at the handwashing station near the dishwasher. No paper towels in the dispenser. Access to kitchen handsink obstructed by storage of garbage pail in front.
Corrective Action(s): Mount a soap dispenser and replenish paper towel dispenser. Do not obstruct access to handsink.

Corrective Action(s): Yogurt is not permited to be made without the appropriate dairy license. Order yogurt from a commercial dairy. Maintain receipts of future orders and ensure that they are available for viewing upon request.

Comments

General sanitation has improved. Storage practice has improved. A worker has been hired to clean 6 days per week, 2-4 hrs each day.
Walk-in fridge is cluttered and require re-organizing. Large tubs of hot food being cooled in the back storage room. Obtain extra cooling wands.
