Cut vegetables not observed stored at room temperature. Wiping rags in use stored in 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. 3 compartment sink correctly set-up for manual dishwashing process. Handsinks are fully accessible allowing for convenient staff handwashing. Cutting board not observed set-up on garbage cans for food preparation. Ensure refinished food preparation counter is used for food preparation. Back door kept closed during inspection. Staff not observed re-using disposable gloves. Reviewed handwashing and glove use procedures.
