Corrective Action(s): Obtain the services of a pest control company and send reports to the health authority. Clean up any observed droppings and thoroughly sanitize counters and equipment. Ensure food is stored in pest-proof containers and on shelving to protect from contamination. Continue pest control services until at least 3 weeks in a row of zero pest activity is observed.
