Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer spray bottles tested 0 ppm Quats
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer dispenser must have sanitizer concentrate flowing through supply line in order to make a sanitizer solution that is at the correct concentration. Replace sanitizer solution in spray bottles.
Recommend keeping wiping cloths in sanitizer bucket between use, change solution every 2 to 4 hours or as needed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station not in use, indicator that foodhandlers are washing hands would an accumilation of used paper towels in waste bins.
