Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests. Hot and cold water available. Hand sink with liquid soap and paper towels in use. Staff washroom is sanitary. Coolers at 4C and below. Freezers at -18C and below. All units are temperature monitored. Food protected from contamination. Take out containers are sanitary. Ice cream scoop and ice scoop are stored in a sanitary manner. Permit posted at front. 200 ppm Quat sanitizer in use. Recommendation: Ensure the secondary paper towel dispenser is refilled too so staff do not have to lean over the service area to get paper towels.
