Observation: Double door cooler registered 8-9 degrees C at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Relocate all potentially hazardous food items to the front cooler.Repair or adjust the cooler so that all PHFs can be stored at 4 C or below at all times. (immediatley)

Observation: Excessive slime build up noticed in the interior of the ice maker
Corrective Action(s): Remove all ice and throughly clean and sanitize the interior parts and surfaces of the ice maker. Ice maker must be on monthly cleaing rotration. ( Immediately).

Observation: Gaps in the floor seen between transitions and between floor wall junctions leading to build up of food wastes which can attract pests.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to repair or refinsh the floor so that there is no gap beween floor transitions and proper vinyl coving is installed at floor wall junctions ( June 10, 2018)

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Build up of food debris noticed in the compressor area of the deep freezer and front pastry storage cooler as well as most of the under counter shelving and floor underneath and behind the equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all of the above areas to remove all food debris and dirt including all hard to reach areas in the kitchen ( by June 5, 2018)

Observation: The table used for storing soup warmer is not easily cleanable and made from rough surface.
The under-counter cabinet shelving is not smooth and easy to clean.
Corrective Action(s): Repalce the table with washable/non-absorbent type table.
Replace the under-counter shelving with smoonth, non-absorbent and easy to clean materials.( By June 15, 2018)

New vinyl floor has been installed in the kitchen however none of the other maintenance related items have been addressed.
-Do not use pressed wood sheets for dish loading table. This surface must be non-absorbent, smooth and washable such as Plastic laminate or stainless steel.

Front preparation cooler at 2 degrees C.
Front beverage cooler below 4 C.
Bleach sanitizer available. Do not throw dirty wiping rags back in the sanitize solution. Rags
must be washed prior to storing in sanitizer solution.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at the hand sink.
