Routine Inspection:

- Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 3 compartment sink available; chlorine sanitizer available. Operator was given test strips to ensure to reach 100-200ppm during sanitizing step
- In the back area: 2 walk in coolers were 4C or lower; 1 upright freezer was -18C or lower
- In the front area: display, open air, and upright coolers were 4C or lower; upright and chest freezers were -18C or lower
- General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate
- No evidence of pest activity
