HAZARD RATING FOR YOUR FACILITY: Low (≤15) Total Score = 10
Critical Hazards: Total Number: 2
205 - Cold potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above 4 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed an insert full of frozen hamburgers, 3 bag of frozen french fries, and a package of frozen sausage on the counter at time of inspection at room temperature
Corrective Action(s): All products except for two patties were still frozen solid. Two patties were discarded at time of inspection.

Please be mindful of the amount of food taken out for busy periods. You should only be taking a small amount of food out that will last you 30 mins to an hour. Leaving a large amount of food out at room temperature increases the risk of time/temperature abuse as well as risk of foodborne illnesses.

Remaining product was returned to a freezer or cooler for thawing.
Violation Score: 5

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bottles available, however, bottles were hidden away and at 10ppm Cl. Also, when asked regarding their sanitizer the front staff stated an all purpose cleaner is used.
Corrective Action(s): Always ensure your sanitizer is readily available at 100ppm Cl. Also, ensure all staff are aware of what chemicals are to be used where.

Kitchen staff washed and sanitized all spray bottles, refilled to 100ppm Cl and distributed spray bottles to front and kitchen.

Ensure you refresh your water bottles every day or two. Recommend only filling half way to ensure you change them faster.
Violation Score: 5

Non-Critical Hazards: There are no non-critical hazards.
Follow Up to "Critical" Violations Noted on Previous Inspections (if applicable): No corrections entered
