Follow up inspection conducted and following were observed: - The panini grill has been cleaned. Always clean the grill on regular basis and ensure that excess grease is scraped to prevent accumulation - The prep cooler is measured at less than 4C. Top inserts are measured at 5C internal food temperature. Keep the cover closed when not in use. - General sanitation is satisfactory
