Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One tray of cheese cakes stored in the front area draw cooler measured at 14C. One insert of cooked rice and 2 packages of tofu stored in the back kitchen draw cooler close to the front entrance measured at 11C.
Corrective Action(s): All aforementioned food were discarded. Cold potentially hazardous food must be stored at 4C or less.

206 - Hot potentially hazardous food stored/displayed below 60 °C. [s. 14(2)]
Observation: One tray of cooked corn measured with an internal temperature of 55C. Chef stated the it was cooked in the morning. Other food in the hot holding units were 74C.
Corrective Action(s): The tray of cooked corn was discarded. Hot potentially hazardous food must be hot held at or above 60C. When heated to at least 74C, food should be transferred the hot holding unit immediately.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: Hand washing stations for bar area were missing single use paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): Staff provided hand washing stations with single use paper towels. Paper towels should always be available to staff.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 2 draw coolers with inserts on the top were measured with an ambient air temperature of above 10C.
Corrective Action(s): Service or fix the aforementioned coolers to ensure an ambient air temperature of 4C or less can be maintained. Do not store any potentially hazardous food in both cooler in the meantime.

Routine inspection:
- Walk-in, stand-up, draw cooler under the grill measured at 4C or less.
- Stand-up and chest freezers were functional.
- Other hot food in the hot holding units measured at 74C.
- Other hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer available in spray bottles, trays and from the dispenser.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level.
- Glass washer dispensed 12.5 ppm iodine at the glass level.
- Low temperature dishwasher in the bar area dispensed 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition with scoop on a clean board.
- Knives and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.

* Patio does not meet the requirements outlined in "Guidance for Outside Dining Spaces". Discussed with the general manager to make modification to the patio. On line site for the guidance provided.
