Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Pizza trays stored on top of garbage cans.
2. Bulk storage containers have caked on food debris.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Find an alternative place to store pizza trays that does not put trays and the food they hold at risk of contamination.
2. Ensure bulk storage containers are cleaned routinely, and if visibly soiled.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer spray bottles measured 0ppm at the time of inspection. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): Change sanitizer in spray bottles on a daily basis. Implement a daily sanitizer log that demonstrates sanitizer level has been checked every day.
