Observation: 1. Ice scoop observed to be stored in ice machine
2. Cambros observed to be stacked while still wet
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove ice scoop from ice machine. Scoop should be stored outside of ice to prevent contamination of ice (e.g. handle falling and coming into contact with ice, staff hands coming into contact with ice)

2. All equipment should be air dried before stacking to allow for adequate contact time with sanitizer. Wet-stacked cambros will need to be washed, sanitized and air dried again.
