2. Cambros observed to be stacked while still wet
Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove ice scoop from ice machine. Scoop should be stored outside of ice to prevent contamination of ice (e.g. handle falling and coming into contact with ice, staff hands coming into contact with ice)

Ensure sink is maintained in sanitary condition to prevent the risk of any food contamination
Sink must be washed, rinsed and sanitized prior to use as a prep sink
Bleach sanitizer measured 200ppm at time of inspection
Please do not mix soap with bleach solution as soap can reduce effectiveness of bleach.
Mix 1/2 tsp household unscented bleach / 1 L water
Low temperature dishwasher on site. Measured 100ppm chlorine

Storage:
All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
Cutting boards stored in a sanitary manner
Mop bucket stored in empty mop bucket

General:
Facility serviced by professional pest control company monthly. Last visit from pest technician around 2 weeks ago.
