Observation: Noted cardboard on the ground and duct tape on ice-cream freezer lid.

Comments

All hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel.
All coolers 4C or less (prep cooler unit, upright one door cooler unit, sliding two door cooler unit...etc).
All freezers less than -18C.
All hot holding higher than 60C.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Back door was closed at time of inspection.
Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection. Staff said meat slicer is used about once a week and taken apart and cleaned/sanitized after each use.
Ice made with trays and collected in a container which is stored in ice cream freezer. Scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
Chlorine sanitizer in container with cloths submerged 100ppm.
Low temperature dish washer had 50ppm chlorine.
Chlorine test strips on site.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered..etc)
