Follow up inspection to MTRG-B64T9R conducted. - Walk in cooler (beside ice machine) now running at 4C or below. - New compressor/ cooling unit was replaced Note: Buffet area (cabinets and cupboards) has been removed, dry wall has been damaged as a result of this. - Use poly (plastic sheeting) to cover any affected areas - Ensure all utensils near drywall is ware-washed again - There must be no construction contamination to food areas - This area will also be curtained off as per staff on-site.
