Violation Score: 3 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)] Observation: There was only one staff on duty at the time of the inspection. She did not have Foodsafe Certification. Corrective Action(s): There must always be at least one employee on-site that has FoodSafe Level 1 Certification. Violation Score: 1
