Corrective Action(s): Spoke with the owner he is certified, he is to come on site as soon as possible for the rest of day.

Comments

**- Owner not on site, spoke with the site manager who is new, not able to confirm if there is any change in owenrship. Confirm the ownership ( corporation name or sole...)

-Handsinks in food perp area are supplied with liquid soap, paper towel in wall mounted dispenser also hot and cold water

**-Premises and equipment appear clean/maintained. Minor amount of grease/food debris noted under equipment and floor under shelving units. Ensure this area is cleaned.
- Exhaust canopies appear clean/maintained.

- Handsinks in food preparation area and staff washroom supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder)
- Walk-in freezer -20C
- High temperature dishwasher operational and met sanitizing temperature. Final rinse temperature measured 77 oC at dish surface with thermolabel.
- In use wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer solution. Concentration of sanitizer solution in buckets measured 200ppm.
- No evidence of pest infestation noted at time of inspection.

**- Oil in deep fryer appears too burnt ( not able to see the bottom at all)- Oil should be changed frequently so that bottom of the fryer is visible.

Noted violation and ** items to be fully addressed and a written response to address these to be sent to the area inspector at fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca no later then April 12-2022.
