Comments

Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler, sandwich cooler, under-the-counter cooler, and pops cooler were 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or less.
Walk-in-freezer was -18 degrees C (0 degrees F) or less.
Hot-held soups and meatballs were 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) or hotter.
Temperature records were being maintained.
200 ppm Quaternary Ammonium Compounds (QUATS) sanitizer was available inside the bucket with wiping cloths, the spray bottle, and from the dispenser.
No signs of recent pest activity were observed at the time of inspection.

NOTE: The labelled spray bottle containing water for the bread was re-located to another area at the time of inspection so that it is stored even further away from the cleaning compounds to reduce the likelihood of any chemicals from mistakenly being sprayed onto the bread.
