Note: FSP 13-1 Display Management System Log not available for review. Savoury rolls and croissants that exceeded the 6 hours limit as per COBS Bread policy was discarded by the operator. Follow your food safety plan by having the log available for review, noting the production time and discard time of the croissants, savoury rolls, pullaparts, pizza, twist, and scones.
