Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted cooked noodle stored in bucket at room temp ( <2 hrs ).
Corrective Action(s): Cold foods must be kept at temp of =< 4 oC at all time. Staff transferred it to cooler at time of visit.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted shredded carrot and cooked wild black rice stored in garbage back .
Corrective Action(s): Discard the foods. NEVER use garbage bags to store ANY food products, only food grade packaging and containers to be used.

Observation: -Lots of fruit flies noted in the facility
-Not able to verify pest free condition due to dirt build up and clutters.

Corrective Action(s): -Clean the facility and fix fruit flies issues , consult with pest control professional.

General
-Paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sinks
-All coolers are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. or colder.
-All freezers are maintaining foods at -18 degrees C. or colder.
-Bleach solution in spray bottle measure at 100 ppm

** Ensure to store dirty dish ware in wash sink or in mobile carts and follow proper manual dishwashing as : wash- rinse- sanitize- air dry
** Wiping rags must be stored in a bucket of sanitizer at all time
**Ensure to put some sticky traps to monitor for rodent activity (under equipment, sink and shelving)
** Oil in deep fryer appears to be very dark and not able to see the bottom- Change it more frequently
** Label all coolers and keep temp monitoring data ( at least twice daily and sanitizer level at least once daily)
