Discussed employee hygiene with Manager. Employees handling food, especially finished product should wear disposable plastic gloves. hand washing should be taught and emphasized with all staff on a regular basis. Proper hand washing discussed and demonstrated. Storage area has been improved. We would like to see open bags placed into plastic pest proof containers. Continue to remove items not necessary for daily operations to reduce clutter.
