Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 74.5C final rinse temperature.
Prep cooler, walk-in cooler, and stand-up coolers measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer, under counter freezer measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Exhaust hood vents satisfactory.
Food contact surfaces sanitized every 2 hours and time tracked.
Facility overall sanitation satisfactory.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Ensure to use timer system to track cleaning and sanitizing of in-use utensils. Conduct thorough cleaning between junction underneath stainless steel worktable adjacent mixer.
