-Undercounter cooler (soup stock) door hinge repaired, temperature remains at 3 deg. C, no water leaking noted. -Cha tamadon and teppan pork cabbage removed from store menu and website. -Dishwasher/sanitizer and temperature logs are in place. -New ramen fridge installed, with thermometer inside (4 deg. C). -->please ensure to place all fresh noodles in this fridge. -New manager is foodsafe level 1 certified. (2023-06-27) -->please keep a copy of certificate onsite. ***pending: 1) Secure partition wall where dough mixer is (miso) 2) Replace surface of walk-in cooler door so it is of washable surface (smooth, easily cleanable).
