Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): AGAIN observed potentially hazardous foods stored above 4 deg C in the open air coolers at retail. These fridges for the upper levels (2-4) are incapable of maintaining fridge temperatures as stated in the March 29 2021 inspection.
