Routine Inspection
- hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- All cooler ambient air temperature below 4 degree C. Do not double stack food product inserts. Clean the glass door cooler fan grill.
- All freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree C. Note: some freezers have ice accumulation. Remove the ice build up.
- Hot holding above 60 degree C
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available.
- pest control in place as per operator. Keep invoices onsite for EHO review.
