Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vegetable pizzas on the right side of the warmer were around 50 degC. These were discarded.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that pizzas are hotheld above 60 degC at all times.

Corrective Action(s): Sweep and clean under the shelves in the walk-in cooler, under the counters in the kitchen and clean the inside of the prep cooler. Remove and clean the baffles on the exhaust hood.
