Items corrected: - The glass fridge is no longer in use to store potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) - Another working fridge was reorganized to be used for cold food storage; foods were all 4C and below; there is adequate cold food storage equipment for the operations. - Operator demonstrated adequate and safe food handling practices. Time and temperature control of PHFs (ex. cooked rice) are monitored and recorded. - Food Safety Plan is being revised; continue to revise to reflect current food handling operations. ***Provide FoodSafe course enrolment receipt to EHO by the end of week. ***Also maintain written record of time/temperature of cold PHFs ***Provide adequate space around food containers stored in cooler unit to facilitate cooling.
