Routine inspection completed today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4C or below.
All freezer units were at -18C or below.
All hot hold units were holding food above 60C.
Freezer and refrigeration units noted organized, in the proper storage hierarchy, food stored protected and off the floor.
QUAT available as a food contact surfaces sanitizer. 400 PPM was noted in the spray bottle and wall mounted dispenser.
50 PPM chlorine residual was noted in the low temperature dish machine.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Good organization and sanitation overall.

Note: Facility will be undergoing renovation as of mid-February, mainly in the back storage area (not food preparation area). Will be closed for approximately 3 days while the food preparation area will be undergoing renovation. When the back storage area is undergoing renovation, it must be sectioned off to avoid contamination in the food preparation area while food is being prepared/ cooked. Please keep in mind that when the food preparation area is being renovated, no food should be prepared or cooked to avoid contamination of food. All areas must be cleaned and sanitized after renovation or if debris is noted during the renovation of the back storage area to avoid any potential contamination of food. |
