Corrective Action(s): Chlorine bleach is your food grade sanitizer. Dilute it to 100ppm (one cap of bleach for 1 gallon water) and never mix it! This sanitizer MUST be used to store your wiping rags and sanitize ALL food contact equipment and surfaces
