Dry storage area has been re-organized. Food items have been moved off the floor onto shelving available. Dry food items have been stored within covered, pest proof containers.

Previous vegetable peelers have been discarded. Ensure food utensils and food equipment are cleaned and sanitized after use.

Pest control services have been hired. Initial pest service will begin March 4.

Premise cleaning conducted. Ensure cleaning is conducted daily to maintain current level of sanitation in a consistent manner and discourage pest activity.
