CLOSURE ORDER RESCINDED. Inspection on facility. Kitchen and bar have been cleaned and sanitized. Equipment in kitchen have been pulled back 6 inches from the walls for easy cleaning. Holes/ entry points for pests have been sealed up by a professional pest company. The facility is to continue regular cleaning and sanitizing of the kitchen, bar and dining room areas. Pest control monitoring to be done weekly. Send EHO first week of pest control report. Pest control reports to be kept onsite.
