Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Observed food debris and grease buildup on floors and walls in the kitchen area, especially around the grill area. The floors underneath dishwasher were not being maintained in a sanitary condition. - Remove grease and debris buildup and thoroughly clean these areas. Date to be corrected by: Today and ongoing.
