Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) No sanitizer available in the front and back food preparation areas.
2) Manual vegetable slicers were found to have food debris,
Corrective Action(s): 1) Food grade sanitizer must be available in the front and back food preparation areas to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Quats sanitizer at 200ppm was placed in the front area at the time of inspection.
2) Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized after each use to prevent potential contamination of foods.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Sandwich coolers were at 3C to 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Back cooler (used for beverages only) was at 1C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods are reheated to greater than 74C
-Temperatures are checked twice daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Foods properly stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 24 2026.
