Observation: Droppings observed on the lids of containers in the dry storage area of the kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): The last pest control report was from one month ago. Have a professional pest control company come on site by Friday and provide the report. Place all foods, even foods that are in bags, cardboard boxes or individual containers (jam, peanut butter) in pest proof containers by Friday, May 24.

Observation: See code 304 regarding droppings.
Corrective Action(s): The cook started cleaning the droppings during the inspection with a sanitizer solution.

Comments

-Inspection as a result of the fire suppression system being activated. All foods in the surrounding areas have been discarded and the grill line area has been cleaned.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
The glasswasher had 25 ppm Iodine.
