Follow-up Inspection:
- Inspection taken place later in the day from Follow-up Inspection on Sept. 29, 2022 (report #AJON-CJQSNJ).
- Facility closed to the public at the time of inspection.

The following violations are still outstanding:
- Low temperature dishwasher still not repaired. Refer to Violation code 308 from follow up inspection (report #AJON-CJQSNJ).
- Sliding glass door cooler still not repaired. Refer to Violation code 308 from follow up inspection (report #AJON-CJQSNJ).
- No hot water and liquid soap at hand sink beside grill/cookline. Refer to Violation code 401 from routine inspection (report #AJON-CJPRYQ) and follow up inspection (report #AJON-CJQSNJ).
- Staff will continue working on cleaning the inside of the walk-in cooler. Refer to Violation code 301 from routine inspection (report #AJON-CJPRYQ).

Use the manual warewashing method to wash, rinse, sanitize (in 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach for 2 minutes) and air dry dishes.

Follow-up Inspection to take place on October 3, 2022.
