Ice scoop dipper well, water supply reduced to dripping flow.
Corrective Action(s): Food utensils in use can be stored in a clean, dry location or in an ice filled container.

Ensure dipper well has adequate flow to prevent water from stagnating within well. Operator corrected flow during inspection.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in back corner beside filing cabinet and on floor under dry storage shelving.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
