302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1.Front of house - servers receive complaints about bleach use and QUATS has in the past caused skin issues therefore diluted Lysol disinfectant cleaner is used

Bleach solution at 100-200 ppm chlorine or QUATS solution (pinkish/red liquid) at 200 ppm QUATS are both approved and non-rinse sanitizers that can be tested with test strips for concentration levels.
***Review sanitizers available and which ones meet the requirements above.
***Inform Fraser Health which sanitizer and at what concentration will be used

-Both Bleach and QUATS products available in chemical storage room and will be used in place of Lysol in interim
-Also insure "dirty" surfaces are cleaned with warm water and detergent/soap (recommend storage in designated bucket) - followed by a final wipe of an approved sanitizer stored in a separate bucket/container. DO NOT mix soap and sanitizer together in one solution
