A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CJ8QKT and the following observations were made: - Inserts of food items no longer kept on top of food in the prep cooler - Raw proteins (eggs) observed to be stored on bottom shelf in walk in cooler - Under grill, under fryer, under counter to the left of grill, under prep cooler, under left cooler, inside prep cooler, inside freezer, and under dry storage outside of kitchen area observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - High temperature dishwasher no longer observed to be leaking - Access to left sink of the 2 compartment sink observed to be free of obstruction - All violations resolved
