Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers are in adequate temperature. Hot holding units measured at 60C or higher. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 200 ppm chlorine as per test strips. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 77C at the plate level. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. General food storage practice is adequate. Kitchen ventilation hood is in sanitary condition - next ventilation cleaning schedule due Dec 20, 2022. Ice machine in sanitary condition.
