Baseboards have been replaced with rubber ones and appear to be in clean condition. Thank you. Back storage area - clutter has been removed, garbage has been removed. Inside kitchen, clutter has been removed, kitchen surfaces appear clean and more organized compared to last inspection. No uncovered food out. Operator installed fine mesh screen on outside of glass opening flaps. Great job, thank you. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Recommend Owner of Building to place traps along outside of building. Please follow up with pest control as necessary. Leaves and other vegetation around the building could be removed to prevent rodents.
